We are pleased to offer our very own signature classes – Fitness-For-Life classes. We like to keep things simple for our customers and as such, all our classes follow the same pricing and duration. No more comparing the prices and duration of different classes. Just register, pay and attend!

Currently, we are only opening classes based on response. Each class consists of 6-10 weekly lessons of 30 mins each and priced at only $25/lesson. These are the classes currently available.

  1. Circuit-Fit

Concept – Using circuit training to improve general fitness and fat loss
Difficulty level – Suitable for all levels

  1. Tabata-Fit

Concept – Using Tabata training to improve aerobic fitness and fat loss
Difficulty level – Suitable for Intermediate and above level (been doing aerobic exercises regularly for the past 2-3 months)

  1. Movement–Fit

Concept – Using movement training to improve motor skills, balance, coordination and mobility
Difficult level – Suitable for all levels (especially for senior citizens or people recovering from an injury)

  1. Stretch-Fit

Concept – Using static and dynamic stretches to improve flexibility, range of motion, posture, circulation, energy levels and relieving muscle tightness
Difficulty level – Suitable for all levels

  1. Core-Fit

Concept – Using core exercises to improve core strength and shape/tone the core muscles
Difficulty level – Suitable for all levels

  1. Power-Fit

Concept – Using plyometrics and speed, agility and quickness exercises to improve your athleticism and fat loss
Difficulty level – Suitable for Intermediate and above level (been doing strength training or sports regularly for the past 2-3 months

Concept – Using gymnastics strength and conditioning exercises to improve your strength, balance, coordination and mobility
