Our Personal Training programme is exclusively designed and customized for each of our client.

Our personal trainers will conduct an in-depth consultation and assessment to understand our clients better in terms of their lifestyle, health and fitness level and goals. This will be done before the commencement of the programme.

As our RGA clients, you have the right to make specific requests such as male/female trainers or change of trainer. We strive to work with you to find the most suitable trainer and programme for you to achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

What sets us apart is the availability of more than 10,000 square feet of training facility which consists of a fully equipped gymnasium as well as various strength and weights equipment. Thus, we are able to incorporate various kinds of training methods such as acrobatic (gymnastics and calisthenics) and weights training into our programmes to achieve your goals.
