In light of the recent Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak, all participants are required to declare any recent travel since 14 January 2020. All participants who are returning from Mainland China are requested not to enter the gym for 14 days after arrival in Singapore.

We advise all participants to adopt precautionary measures and maintain good personal hygiene. Please avoid coming to the gym if you have symptoms such as cough, sore throat, breathlessness, fever and runny nose. Seek medical attention promptly if you are feeling unwell.
